Delete my data

Use this page to request deletion of personal data that Gorgorus controls from social media pages, messaging, advertising, analytics, publishing, or account integrations.

This applies to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Bluesky, and any other social media platform where Gorgorus operates an account or integration.

How to request deletion

1. Email mydata@gorgorus.com with the subject line Delete my data.
2. Include the social platform, your handle or profile URL, and any email address you used with Gorgorus.
3. Tell us what you want deleted: messages, lead forms, app or integration data, social account data, marketing audiences, or all eligible records.
4. Do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents, or payment details unless we specifically ask for verification.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt, verify that the request is yours, and delete or anonymise eligible personal data from systems controlled by Gorgorus within 30 days. If we must retain limited records for legal, billing, security, or abuse-prevention reasons, we will tell you what is retained and why.

Platform data

Gorgorus can delete data we control. Social platforms keep their own copies of platform activity, profile data, public posts, comments, direct messages, and ad logs. To delete data held by a platform, use that platform's privacy or account settings as well.

For Facebook, Instagram, and Threads, you can also remove Gorgorus app or page permissions from Meta account settings. For X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Bluesky, and other platforms, remove Gorgorus permissions or delete platform-side messages directly inside the relevant service.
